Runners are also asked to plan on running to observe the condition of the trails. Volunteers will be assigned a particular trail and be asked to note on a given map anything that seriously deters their passage or pleasure. \nAny cutting to be carried out should be done with ticks in mind. As almost all trails are presently infested with ticks\, a four foot wide path\, wherever possible\, and sufficient height for horse riders to pass without brushing trees or vines is the goal of the day. \nA picnic is planned to be held in the Conway Robinson Pavilion at noon.  Attendees are asked to bring picnic food that may be shared.
