PWTSC volunteers will conduct a cleanup and complete some improvements on the riverfront near the Mill House Museum in the Town of Occoquan on Saturday, September 21.  Activities will include improving a pathway used to access the river, installation of fencing and signs, and a cleanup.  These projects are part of a larger riverfront rehabilitation...

Join us on September 28 (National Public Lands Day) at 9am for a trail maintenance workday at the wooded James S. Long Regional Park.  The Trails consist of about 4 miles of scenic trail along Catharpin Creek and another estuary that feeds into it, separated from the soccer and baseball fields by old growth hardwood forest.  We will be heavy trimming two sections of trail near the ball fields, as well as
