Volunteers prepare way for Hooes Run area cleanup

New bridges on trail in Andrew Leitch Park

There’s been progress in completing the Neabsco greenway trail recently. The PWC Parks & Recreation Department installed four new pedestrian/trail bridges in Andrew Leitch Park, which cross Neabsco Creek and connect trail segments from end-to-end in the park. Three fiberglass bridges were assembled and one lumber bridge was constructed. The approximate locations of the bridges are shown on this map.
