The Prince William Trails and Streams Coalition held a Fun Paddle on 15 September, launching from below Lake Jackson Dam and paddling 5.5 miles downstream.

On September 8, PWTSC volunteers completed a mowing and trimming project in preparation for a cleanup on the Hooes Run area of the Occoquan Reservoir.  A section of trail in Lake Ridge was mowed and cleared

There’s been progress in completing the Neabsco greenway trail recently. The PWC Parks & Recreation Department installed four new pedestrian/trail bridges in Andrew Leitch Park, which cross Neabsco Creek and connect trail segments from end-to-end in the park. Three fiberglass bridges were assembled and one lumber bridge was constructed. The approximate locations of the bridges are shown on this map.
