Prince William County Dogs, a 501c3 organization, who raised money to open the first fully citizen-funded dog park in the county, is holding its next fundraiser on Sunday, October 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Andrew Leitch Park in Dale City. There will be a scavenger hunt, live music, food, and contests for the dogs, including best costume and best trick. Registration is $10.00 (includes scavenger hunt and contests) or $25.00 which also includes a PWC Dogs backpack. Persons wishing to participate may pre register at www.pwcdogs.com. On-site registration begins at 10:30 a.m. You may pre-register and pay at www.pwcdogs.com/events. All proceeds will go towards improving the K9 Gunner Memorial Dog Park, located at 13000 Minnieville road in Lake Ridge.
